RUN AS A TEAM
Create a team of family and friends to help ease the burden of Parkinson's.  Please complete a registration for each participant.  

If you are creating a team, one registrant must be designated as team captain to create the team.  Other team members must choose the team name from the drop down menu when registering.  If your team captain has registered, but you don't see your team name, insert the team in the blank field.

"LITTLE STRIDERS" KIDS FUN RUN
The Little Striders Fun Run will take place at 9:45am and is for kids 11 and under.  The run is one lap around the Lakota track.  No cost to participate.  Prizes for all participants.  Check in at registration on race day. Kids t-shirts available for purchase at the event ($10).

FEES
$25 for 5k run/walk (Includes food and drink.  *Race shirts included if registered by MAY 26th.)
FREE for Little Striders- no pre-registration necessary.  Check-in on race day.  Youth shirts will be sold at the event, while supplies last.

Please call ahead if picking up packets for a team.  Chip timing will be distributed on race day.

POST-RACE PARTY & RAFFLE
Be sure to stick around for the post-race party and raffle.  Each participant receives a raffle ticket with entry fee.  Available for purchase onsite ($1 or 6 for $5).
Raffle prizes include: 4 Disney passes, Reds tickets, Cincinnati Zoo passes, Kuerig coffee maker, gift baskets worth up to $150 and much more!

• Take I-75 South to the UNION CENTRE BOULEVARD exit, EXIT 19, toward FAIRFIELD. 0.3 miles
• Turn RIGHT onto UNION CENTRE BLVD. 0.9 miles
• 8940 Union Centre Blvd is on the RIGHT

FROM THE SOUTH

• Take I-75 North to the UNION CENTRE BOULEVARD exit, EXIT 19, toward FAIRFIELD. 0.3 miles
• Turn LEFT onto UNION CENTRE BLVD. 1.1 miles
